How to Check for 120 FPS & 120 HZ on Xbox One (TV Settings)

Check Your TV or Monitor:

First and foremost, ensure that your TV or monitor supports a 120Hz refresh rate and is capable of displaying 120 FPS content. Not all TVs and monitors are equipped for this, so you'll need compatible hardware.

Set Your Xbox Console to 120Hz:
