Lenovo Legion 5 USB-C And Gaming Monitor G-Sync FIX From 99HZ/100HZ to 144HZ (no screen tearing)

Solution will probably work for many other Computer & Laptops models as well!
Troubleshooting and fixing the issue of the Gaming Monitor being stuck on 100HZ instead of 144HZ. I tried multiple things out so why not record the process and maybe help someone out.
Thunderbolt 3 (USB‑C) to Thunderbolt 2 also didn't work in the test!
Everything is done at 2560x1440.
