Projects by IF brought together a panel of experts to discuss why mindful friction is essential to develop AI enabled products and services that:

This is an emerging space of AI UX, and we discuss what it takes to deploy AI systems safely and responsibly, and especially if you've worked on enterprise or B2B services.

This event centred on the question: "How do you design AI products where you know what to trust and where you should take a second look and apply human judgement?

This encapsulates one of the core dilemmas facing AI designers and developers today. By fostering dialogue between academia and industry practitioners, we unpack practical strategies and the ethical considerations of incorporating mindful friction into AI deployment. We hope it will be the start of a bigger conversation within the industry.
