AAM-GUAVA-PINEAPPLE PANNA

Panna Masala
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes

Ingredients
¼ cup Cumin seeds, जीरा
¼ cup Fennel seeds, सौंफ
2-3 Green Cardamom pods, हरी इलायची
3 heaped tbsp Black peppercorns, काली मिर्च के दाने
½ tbsp Black salt, काला नमक

Process
-In a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, green cardamom pods, black peppercorns and black salt and dry roast them well.
-Once it cools down, transfer to a grinder jar and grind it to a fine powder. Store until further use.

Aam Panna
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 25-20 minutes
Serving 10-15

Ingredients
4 medium raw Mango, cut into half, कच्चा आम
2 cups Water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 cup Jaggery, गुड़
1 inch Ginger, peeled, slice, अदरक
1 Green chilli, हरी मिर्च

For Serving
2-4 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
1 tsp Prepared Masala, तैयार  किया हुआ मसाला
¼ cup Mango juice, आम का शरबत
Cold Water, ठंडा पानी
raw Mango, sliced for garnish, कच्चा आम

Process
-In  a kadai, add raw mango, water, salt to taste, jaggery, ginger, green chilli.
-Cover-cook on medium flame until mango is cooked well.  
-Cool completely and peel the skin of mango. Scrape the mango pulp of mango to make sure the skin has separated.
-Grind it to a smooth paste and keep aside for future use.

To Serve
-In a tall glass take a spoonful  of aam panna and add few ice cubes.
-Add a spoonful of prepared masala mix well. pour in mango juice, ice-cold water & mix well.
-Serve garnished with sliced raw mango.

Pineapple Panna
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 15-20 minutes
Serving 10-15

Ingredients
1 whole Pineapple, roughly chopped, अनानास
1 ¼ cups Water, पानी
Salt to Taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 cup Sugar, चीनी
½ inch Ginger, peeled, slice, अदरक
1 Green chilli, हरी मिर्च
¼ tsp Saffron strands, केसर

For Serving
½ Lime juice, नींबू का रस
2-4 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
1 tsp Prepared Masala, तैयार किया हुआ मसाला
Cold water, ठंडा पानी

Process
-In  a kadai, add pineapple, water, salt to taste, sugar, jinger, green chilli.
-Cover-cook on medium flame until pineapple turns soft.  
-Now remove from the flame and let it cool.
-Transfer the pineapple into a grinder jar, add saffron strands and grind it into a smooth puree. Keep aside for future use.

To Serve
-In a tall glass take a spoonful  of pineapple panna and add lime juice, a few ice cubes.
-Add a spoonful of prepared masala mix well. pour in ice-cold water and mix well.
-Serve chilled, garnished with a slice of pineapple.

Guava panna
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 15-20 minutes
Serving 10-15

Ingredients
4 Guava, cut into half, अमरूद
1 ¼ cups Water, पानी
Salt to Taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 cup Sugar, चीनी
2 Dry red chillies, सूखी लाल मिर्च
1 tsp Degi  Red chilli Powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर

For Serving
½ Lime juice, नींबू का रस
2-4 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
1 tsp Prepared Masala, तैयार किया हुआ मसाला
¼ cup Guava juice, अमरूद का जूस
Guava, sliced, अमरूद

Process
-In  a kadai, add guava, water, salt to taste, sugar, dry red chillies.
-Cover it with a lid and cook on medium flame until guavas turn soft and cooked well.  
-Now remove from the flame and let it cool.
-Transfer the guavas into a grinder jar, add degi red chilli powder and grind it into a smooth puree and keep aside for future use.

To Serve
-In a tall glass take a spoonful  of guava panna and add lime juice, a few ice cubes.
-Add a spoonful of prepared masala mix well. pour in guava juice and ice-cold water mix well.
Serve garnished with a slice of guava.
