How Much Should England Be Blaming Southgate?

Although I'm not English, I do understand the complexities of having to let go of a national team's coach. But is this the right course of action for Gareth Southgate? How much responsibility does he bear for England's performance at EURO 2024? Did the team actually fail, or is reaching back-to-back finals an impressive accomplishment?
