Fully Integrated VFFS Packaging Line for Sunflower Seeds

In collaboration with the Russian sunflower seed brand, MARTIN, the ROVEMA subsidiary in Russia has developed an overview of a fully integrated VFFS packaging line for sunflower seeds, which are being packaged in ROVEMA's premium Stabilo bag style with an offset vertical seal. The entire line capacity shown runs 225 bags per minute with three VFFS machines producing at 75 BPM and routing to one case packer.  
This highly automated packaging line is capable of being controlled by one operator as this turnkey solution is fully integrated.
