On May 24, 2011, storm chasers from the Warmsector team intercepted this violent tornado as it crossed Interstate 40 just west of El Reno. This is additional footage of the large, rain-wrapped wedge as it approached from their wsw, crossed Interstate 40 at Calumet, then continued its path northeast. This massive tornado caused extensive damage along its 65 mile path, with the communities of Calumet, Concho, El Reno, Piedmont and Cashion being especially hard hit.
