Either your Vtech phone will tell you that there is no power at the base when there actually is, or there will actually be no power at the  base. I tell you ways to hopefully solve each of those problems with some easy to try steps. Once you have tried them out you will hopefully have fixed the problem and will be able to use your portable phone once again to make the phone calls that you need to make.
