As stated in the title,
As stated in the title, there are three things I love in life: chicken, Italian food, and stews. This one pan Italian chicken stew certainly meets all three of these criteria. The great thing is, it can be done so quickly and all in one pan. Just a matter of grabbing up some chicken, marinara sauce, seasoning, and some vegetables. Put them together and wallah, do you have a stew that is beyond words and absolutely out of this world. It's an excellent midweek meal I might add.
