Shenjing ROAST GOOSE (Cantonese Cuisine) 在深井村吃深井烧鹅

There‘s a famous Cantonese dish called Shenjing Roast Goose, or 'Deep Well' Roast Goose; so-called because it used to be roasted in a deep well.

Nowadays, the goose are roasted in huge steel ovens, but the flavour is no less delicious. So, I travelled to Shenjing (Deep Well) Village in Guangzhou where this dish is said to have originated.

My mission: To eat the most authentic Shenjing Roast Goose in the whole of China!
