Royal yacht Britannia's arrival in Freetown. Formal greeting from dignitaries including the Prime Minister Sir Milton Margai. The drive to the Governor Generals residence, Port Thornton. Mayor of Freetown meets the Queen in Victoria Park and presents her with a golden key. Queen attends military parade of the 1st Battalion Royal Sierra Leone Regiment. Prince Philip visits the construction site at Guma Dam (175) Sunday Service at St. Georges Cathedral, Freetown. The royal party travel to the capital of the Southern Province and visits a hospital and boy's school (300). Royal durbar (380). Eastern Province agricultural show (421). Diamond digging (458). Iron ore works at Marempah (?), Port Loko (535). Freetown - children's rally and citizen's parade (610). University College, Queen presents degrees (655). State banquet (692).
