Friends, today I am sharing Alsi Triangle Recipe | Alsi Puri Recipe | અળસી પૂરી ની રેસીપી. I made this healthy snack from Wheat flour. We all know that Alsi (Flaxseed) has immense health benefits.Flax seeds or linseeds have been considered as a “nutrition power house” and have been used for the variety of health benefits over the centuries such as heart conditions, diabetes, constipation, skin health and many more. It is a rich source of heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids- alpha-linoleic acids and offers variety of beneficial nutrients such as protein, fibres, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.I used these super healthy alsi for making this delicious puris / triangle. This snack is liked by all from younger to elder and I hope you would love to try it at home.

25 grams Alsi, अलसी
1 tbsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
½ tbsp Cumin, जीरा
1 cup Wheat Flour, गेहूं का आटा
⅛ cup All Purpose Flour, मैदा
½ tsp Salt, नमक
2 tbsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
¼ cup Water, पानी
