This was sooo good I just cant get over how just very minimal ingredients can make for such a easy and hearty dinner. I will soo make this again in a heart beat and I loved the taste with the homemade onion soup mix that just made this that much better. I added what was about a pack to pack and an half as I love onion soup mix and 1 stick of butter melted. This would of been done prior if I would of had the lid on. This cooked soo fast and under 2 hours even with the lid off most of the cook!
