Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women A sweet Indian ice-cream made from milk, sugar, cardamom and with or without dry fruits on warm summer evenings. INGREDIENTS: 1. Milk 1 lit 2. Cardamom powder 2 pinch 3. Sugar 1 cup 4. Saffron 1 pinch 5. Whipping cream 1 tbs METHOD: 1. Heat pan, boil milk for 20-25 mins until it reduced to half of its quantity, colour is changed and malai is formed. 2. Add cardamom powder, once it is reduced to 60 or 70 percent add sugar and boil it again until it is reduced to half and becomes thick consistency. 3. Remove from flame, add saffron and pour into glass jar, allow it rest for some time. 4. Once it is cool add whipping cream and mix nicely and pour it into kulfi moulds and place lid, keep it on a plate. 5. Insert thin stick and keep in deep freezer for 5 hour. 6. Now demould into a plate and serve it cool.
