Trampoline workout #88 30 min trampoline workout. Cardio fat burning trampoline exercises for your full body. First portion of the workout are cardio exercises on your trampoline. Second portion is aiming on your upper body and core with body weight exercises on your rebounder. Third and final portion is great for working on your body balance controle. As always - each exercise is 60 seconds long following with 20 seconds of active rest break. There is 2 minute follow along warm up and also cool down after workout included. Take break if needed, take your time and do not rush when performing balancing exercises. Perfect and complete workout for total body on your rebounder.
