The sweetest and tastiest chocolate mousse on YouTube with only three ingredients - no oven needed and sweeter than ready-made
Ingredients only:
3 teaspoons gelatin
3 tablespoons cold water
255 gm dark chocolate
600ml whipping cream
-------------------------- VERY IMPORTANT FOLLOWING: -------------------- -
for the success of the mouse
1- Stick to the ingredients
2- Leave the gelatin in cold water for five minutes, then add it to the hot cream
3- Use silicone molds to make it easier to remove
4- It stays in the freezer for a whole day
5- After an hour in the freezer, cover it with a transparent wrap
