Ingredients:
For making rice we need :
1. Basmati rice ( Long grain rice ) - 1 glass
2. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
3. Bay leaves - 2
4. Lemon slice - 1/2 no
5. Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
6. Salt - 1 tsp ( add as per the taste )
For marinating the vegetables we need :
1. Diced onion - 1/2 no
2. Diced carrot - 1/2 no
3. Diced capsicum - 1/2 no
4. Diced potato - 1 ( small )
5. Beans - 1/4 cup
6. Paneer cubes - 1/4 cup
7. Green chilli - 3 ( as pet taste )
8. Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
9. Chopped mint leaves - 1/2 cup
10. Thick yogurt ( curd ) - 5 tbsp
11. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
12. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
13. Salt - 1/2 tbsp ( according to your taste )
14. Crushed ginger and garlic paste ( 1 inch ginger & 3 cloves garlic )
For making the Dum Biryani we need :
1. Whole spices ( cumin seeds, star anise , cinnamon , mace , black pepper and cloves )
2. Some broken cashew nuts
3. Sahi biryani masala - 3 tbsp
4. Ghee - 4 tbsp
5. Some saffron ( kesar )
6. Rose water - 1/2 tsp
7. Keora water - 1/2 tsp
8. Some atta - 1½ cup ( add as required )
9. Lengthwise thinly cut onion - 1 ( big )
10. Cooking oil
