Ingredients

Potato - 3 Nos
Maida/All-Purpose Flour - 1/4 Cup
Corn Flour - 2 Tbsp
Sesame Oil - 2 Tsp
Finely Chopped Garlic - 2 Tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger - 2 Tsp
Onion - 1 No. Chopped
Chopped Capsicum - 1/2 No.
Salt
Pepper
Chilli Powder
Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
Spring Onion

Hello Viewers,

Today we are going to see making of simple and tasty Aloo Manchurian. Potato Manchurian is a Indo-Chinese version of regular Manchurian and recipe making is similar to any other Manchurian recipes like Gobi Manchurian . It involves dipping the boiled potatoe cubes into flour batter and then deep fry potato pieces. Then followed by preparing Manchurian sauce and mix the fried potatoes well until Sauce perfectly coated with potato cubes . It is easy,quick and must try recipe as an starter and can be prepared for any party's or occasions. It is perfect and delicious if you follow the tips mentioned in this vedio.  Hope you try this yummy recipe and enjoy.

Method:

1. Wash and peel the skin off the potatoes.
2. Cut them into cubes shaped, even sized pieces.
3. Place them in a bowl of water to prevent the change of colour in them.
4. Pour water in a large pot and add salt to it. Drop in the potato pieces and cook them for 10 mins.
5. After 10 mins, remove them from the pot and keep them aside.
6. In another bowl, add and mix maida/ all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, pepper powder and chili powder.
7. Add a little water and mix to make sure it has the consistency to coat the aloo pieces properly.
8. Heat a kadai with some oil for deep frying.
9. Dip the cooked aloo pieces in the batter and gently drop them into the kadai.
10. Deep fry the aloo pieces until they are golden brown in colour. Remove from the kadai and keep them aside.
11. To a large pan, add sesame oil, garlic, ginger and onions. Saute for a few seconds.
12. Add capsicum, salt, pepper powder, chili powder and give it all a quick mix.
13. Keep the flame on low and add soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well.
14. Add the fried potatoes to this sauce and mix to make sure the sauce coats the potatoes.
15. Lastly add in the chopped spring onion whites and greens. Mix again.
16. Garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped spring onion greens.
17. The yummy, spicy and easy to make Aloo Manchurian is ready to be served hot with some tomato ketchup by the side.
