FIX YOUR GRAPHICS (A Hell Let Loose Guide To Better FPS & Smoother Gameplay) Hell Let Loose Graphics Settings Guide

Recently I did a video where we looked at all the new stuff coming to the game in update 12 which should be released soon, including a new map centered around a huge bridge, night variants of some of the existing maps, flare guns, the return of the panther tank for the Germans and quite a bit more, and if you want you can watch that video by clicking the link at the top of the screen now, but in this video I want to focus more on what to expect AFTER update 12 but still by the end of the year, so let’s just jump in and see what they’ve got planned.

Let’s start with something I’ve been itching to get my hands on since they announced it last year and I know a lot of you guys are excited about it too. I’m talking of course about the British forces, along with all the maps, weapons and armour you’d expect to see along with it.

The British Commonwealth forces have been confirmed as coming to the game since late 2021 and according to the roadmap they’re still set to arrive some time this year. The Commonwealth includes countries such as Great Britain obviously, Canada, Australia, and even parts of India and Burma, but exactly which countries, weapons or even theatres will be added to the game are still completely unknown at this point.

Historically speaking Britain fought all over the world, from Monte Cassino and Sicily in Italy, Sword, Juno and Gold beaches during the D-Day landings in Normandy, Tobruk and Tunisia in northern Africa, Egypt in the middle east, and even parts of the Pacific theatre as the Australians helped the US push towards Japan, so pretty much every theatre of war during world war 2, AND they used a combination of weapons they developed themselves as well as stuff they leased from the United States, so there’s a massive amount of potential content that the devs could use.

Either way though this update is gonna open up tons of new potential for the game. Imagine fighting in the small snowy Norwegian town of Narvik or crawling through the thick bushy rainforests of Burma like a Vietnamese version of Hurtgen forest on steroids. They could even do a map from really early on in the war like the evacuation of the British expeditionary force at Dunkirk, or the failed assault on the French port of Dieppe 2 years before the D-Day landings.

Like I said it’s not just new maps we’re getting for the Brits but also a new line-up of tanks and infantry weapons too, including the already confirmed Firefly tank based on the M4 Sherman but with an upgraded 76mm gun, and the British designed Valentine infantry support tank.

We’ll probably get the Lee Enfield bolt action rifle as the main weapon for most classes, with the Bren gun for the machine gunner, Sten and Thompson as the main smg and the PIAT anti-tank grenade launcher for the anti-tank role.

But I don’t want to go much deeper into what may or may not be included with the British forces because as of right now it’s mostly speculation, so I plan on doing a separate video focussing completely on what weapons and vehicles we can expect to see later on. But no matter what they end up doing, as long as I get to see a Spitfire strafing the battlefield from time to time, I’ll be a very happy man.
