LOMI

Ingredients:
*500g miki noodles thick
*250g squid balls
*1/4 kilo pork meat lean
*1/4 kilo pork liver
*1 head garlic minced
*2 onion red
*1 small head cabbage
*1 large carrot
*2 pork cubes
*2 tbsp patis add according to your taste
*2 large egg
*slurry (3 tbsp cassava flour or cornstarch)
*1/2 cup soysauce
*1 1/2 liter water (add if needed)
*salt and pepper to taste
Note: You can also add chicharon,boiled eggs and fried garlic on top
serve with toyomansi with siling labuyo
