This model by Universal engineering college was shown in CESS EXHIBITION-pulchowk engineering college.Civil Engineering Students’ Society Nepal (CESS- Nepal) presents competition on different category such as Model, Photography and Painting, Quiz and Presentation competition. The said competitions aims to promote scholastic excellence and competence through healthy and fair competition and at the same time, provide a venue for interaction amongst students and teachers from other +2 and BE colleges and universities.

This model presents the idea about minimization of traffic in koteshwor area-kathmandu viz flyover concept.Koteshwor is a place, located in Kathmandu District. In 1991, Kathmandu Metropolitan City was expanded by incorporating Koteshwor as Ward No. 32 (previously 35). It encompasses 395 hectares and is bounded by the Manohara river in the east and south, the Bagmati river in the west, and share borders with Gothatar in the north, Madhyapur Thimi municipality of Bhaktapur District in east and Lalitpur metropolitan city in the south.
