What is ANDRAGOGY? In order to answer this, let’s first explore another question… Who learns more easily: adults or children? When we see a question like this one, we tend to answer that children are better at learning. After all, children have a younger brain, they absorb like a brand new sponge whatever is taught to them.
Just as Pedagogy is the science that deals with child education, Andragogy is the science of adult education. And there is some good news: adults are as capable of learning as children are, and, on top of that, they have some extra advantages.
