How to contact Google support for email related issues

This WordJack video demonstrates how to access Google support for your G suite email hosting. It is always advisable to contact Google with email related concerns. Not only are they the experts in their own email product, they also have a very good phone support service which is included as part of the g-suite product.
So to begin you'll need to open a browser and go to gmail.com - then log into Gmail using the email address of the admin on your G suite account. If you’re not sure who the admin is you can contact your WordJack web marketing manager and ask. Once you’re logged in you can click on the gear at the top right and choose ‘Manage this Domain’. If you are not the admin you will not have this option. Here at your Google Admin page you’ll see all of your options in the Admin console. To get to your Google Support you’re looking for this green question mark.
When you click on support you’ll be shown some help files but in this example we want to get through to phone support. So we’ll click on Contact Support. Then continue by clicking ‘Contact Google Support’. We’ll choose support via phone and enter a short description about our issue - which can be anything. And click ‘Continue to Phone’. Again, some help files will be shown but we will continue to phone. So now we have a phone number to call and an option to get a PIN. So we’ll click to generate our PIN, which is valid for an hour. So that means we have one hour to call using this PIN which will grant you full access to G suite support without having to provide any further credentials concerning your account. At that point you’ll be in the hands of the Google experts who are able to best assist you with email, setup, or any other specific issues you might run into.
