A step by step tutorial for programming DSG gearboxes. Thanks to the use of Magicmotorsport Flex cables, repairing control units becomes a simple job for mechatronics.
This is an easy-to-use solution for the reprogramming of automatic transmissions. Use the FLX2.24 and FLX2.45 cables and proceed in a fast way.
Here's how to do it:
Specifically, in this video we show how to work on TCU DQ200 installed on a Volkswagen Scirocco. All cars have different access to the socket.
Unplug the factory harness from the TCU and connect the FLX 2.24 cable to the TCU socket and port F of the Flex.
Then connect the FLX 2.45 cable to the Power port of the device and hook the clips to the car battery. Make sure that the voltage is higher than 12V, if it is lower, use a stabilizer on the vehicle battery: we recommend one of our MagicChargers.
Connect FLEX to the USB port of the PC and start the programmer software
Select the Bench protocol for DQ200, click on Connect and proceed with the repair.

Nello specifico in questo video mostriamo come lavorare su TCU DQ200 installata su una Volkswagen Scirocco.
Tutte le vetture hanno un accesso diverso alla presa. Scollega il cablaggio di fabbrica dalla TCU e collega il cavo FLX 2.24 alla presa TCU e alla porta F del Flex.
Poi connetti il cavo FLX 2.45 alla porta Batt del dispositivo e aggancia le pinze alla batteria della vettura. Assicurati che la tensione sia superiore ai 12V, se è inferiore utilizza uno stabilizzatore alla batteria del veicolo: noi ti consigliamo uno dei nostri MagicCharger.
Collega FLEX alla porta USB del PC e avvia il software del programmatore
