Classic Austrian Linzer Cookies

My Classic Austrian Linzer Cookies recipe is one of my absolute favorite holiday cookies —
they are incredibly simple to make but looks so beautiful with their little hole of  heart-shaped cut in the middle, showing off that sweet jam, and topped with powder sugar.

LINZER COOKIE RECIPE :
Wheat Flour
Powdered sugar
Butter room temperature
Grated nuts
1 Pack vanilla sugar
2 Egg yolk
Lemon zest
1\2 Lemon juice
