Fix Default Low Volume Issue on iPhone XR

By default, the new iphones has Attention Aware Features enabled. One of the cons of having it turned on is that the volume of some alerts, specifically phone calls, are lowered if there is no attention from the user. The issue with this is the user cannot hear a missed phone call if the user is not close or nearby their phone. Disabling this feature has remedied this issue.
