In this video, Guy Jones reviews some of the incredible features of the brand new Gatormade 16+2 Equipment Trailer. Some of the great things we love about Gatormade is the quality materials and construction. You don't find trailers made to this high of a standard anywhere else in the industry. Gatormade has spent a lot of time designing and engineering these types of trailers to take a beating and perform time and time again.
The 2017 16+2 Gatormade Equipment Trailer features an extra durable tube frame design. Most trailers being sold are usually built from a C-Channel or L-Shaped steel frame, however, Gatormade uses the best materials available, so of course when it comes to creating a heavy-duty equipment trailer, Gatormade had decided to build this trailer with a Tube Frame. Because this trailer was engineered with a tube frame, it will be much stronger and more durable than your conventional heavy-duty trailers with a C-Channel or L-Shaped frame.
The wiring on this trailer is sealed inside the tube frame which protects it from the elements. The last thing you need is to be hauling your trailer with a heavy load on a rainy day and your lights and breaks not work when you need them.
This trailer also boasts a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating or GVWR of 14,000 lb. and is perfectly suited for hauling bobcats and other types of equipment. An easy-to-use adjustable coupler allows you to match the height on your tow vehicle for easy connection. .
The Extra wide, 24 inch loading ramps are also a big bonus on this trailer. They are much wider than most other loading ramps commonly used on other similar trailers in the industry and are attached to a self-cleaning dovetail that makes loading and unloading your cargo much easier and safer.
At Gatormade, they also take a lot of pride in their paint. Unlike other trailer manufactures that use a lower quality wet paint, each and every trailer you see with the Gatormade Logo will feature a Gator-Tuff Powder Coat Paint. Powder coating is much thicker than standard paint and is known for its durability and longevity. Powder Coat Paint also stands up better to rock chips and other common road damage.
