Spirited Away (Joe Hisaishi) - Always With Me (Itsumo Nando Demo) // Piano Cover

Based on Hirohashi Makiko's arrangement, with some small changes


As with other pieces from the Spirited Away OST, I love this one to bits too - I wonder why it took me so long to play it!

I've been having some technical difficulties with my piano this past month - the mechanism in the lower register went loose and made an awful lot of noise, quite frankly I got scared that'd be the end of my piano's life - it's a very old instrument (though renovated), and I've been told before that it doesn't do too well with heavy playing around the lower keys, which, admittedly, I've been doing a lot lately

The issue is temporarily resolved (no more clicking!) BUT there's definitely a limit to what I should be playing in regards to intensity - what possibly "hurt" the mechanism the most was me practicing Mora the Spider, Shriek and Ori (battle themes from the Ori OST, so, intense) and on top of that Rachmaninoff's Prelude in G-minor

TL;DR until I know for sure my piano will be okay I'm holding off on recording very demanding pieces, it'll be a time of more relaxing piano covers on this channel (probably lol)
