How To Repair Broken Scooter Lithium Ion Battery Pack (With DIY Spot Welder)

In this video I show how you can repair a lithium ion battery pack that has had the tabs broken and will no longer work or charge. Firstly you must remove the battery pack and disassemble it to reveal the lithium cells. You can buy these 8mm Nickle strips from ebay or amazon, i also briefly show how to DIY a spot welder from a microwave Transformer.
