The first instalment to my four-part countdown of the TOP 40 SCARIEST ANTI-SMOKING COMMERCIALS ever produced.

The title of this video is self-explanatory. The commercials in this countdown may scare or shock you into either giving up smoking completely or steer you well away from ever touching a cigarette.
Perhaps you could share this video with somebody you think could benefit from watching - perhaps a smoker who needs to quit, or a non-smoker to reinforce them to never start. You never know, it could save somebody's life.
Smoking affects all of us. If you or someone you know would like help quitting smoking, please talk to your GP or healthcare professional for further advice.
