Doubt & Anger: When should you confess them?

Doubt and anger happen to us. Insofar as we don't choose them, they aren't sins... at first. However, if we don't do anything about our doubt, or if we let anger control us, they certainly do become sinful. Father Scott breaks it all down so that we can prepare for our next confession!
