Mass Effect Andromeda - The Ghost of Promise (side quest)

This side quest obtained on Eos.

It seems like there are multiple locations for datapads. Encountered a bug where after obtained a datapad and loading a savefile from before obtaining it, the datapad is missing.
Can either try finding a datapad elsewhere, or it may be possible to enter the location required directly instead (~ @ 1:57).

This quest requires waiting until the radiation on Eos has settled down to reach. Continue doing main story missions until that happens.
