Ash Reshteh; A healthy & delicious Persian noodle soup

Ash Reshteh is an aromatic & amazingly delicious Persian noodle soup with beans and herbs that is wholesome meal by itself. Ash reshteh’s flavor is made by two Persian ingredients: reshteh and kashk. Kashk is a kind of drained yogurt and is saltier and sourer than Greek yogurt or sour cream but if you don't have it use a thick sour yogurt instead.
