Tension between spouses:husband's hatred of Satan's first wife and trying to get her out of his life

Amir and Fatemeh are two lovers who were always together and lived with love and respect for each other.  But when the first woman entered their lives, everything took an unexpected turn.  The first wife tried to separate Amir and Fatima with her efforts and false propaganda and turned their life into a bitter nightmare.
The first woman falsely claimed that she was in love with Amir in order to keep Fatima away from them.  But Amir and Fatemeh were aware of the role played by the first wife and knew that the reality is that she sought to separate them and did everything to achieve this goal.  The first woman got into a fight with Fatemeh and tried to take Fatemeh away from Amir with threats and danger.
But Amir, even in the condition of illness and after surgery, supported Fatimah and by defending her, he tried to kick the first wife out of the house and continue his life with Fatimah.  What purpose is the first woman looking for?  Is it possible that this hard life will show a bitter end to Amir and Fatima?
