Day 31: 29th January 2022 - Up at 5:44am - Refection of yesterday

Realised a few things about yesterday so thought I would do another update.

Other than that, I woke up at 5:44am drenched in sweat and am proud to say I jumped straight into the shower to stay up for the day, instead of grabbing a towel and trying to go back to sleep like that.
