You can solo DM east without having to respec for raids or dungeon content which is a big plus.

Good to have items:

Heart of Noxxion. Nature res and (yet to be tested/confirmed) removes enervate.

Jungle Remedy. Removes enervate and wither but shares cooldown with other potions.

Nature resistance potion. Nice to have for the last fight to consistently complete the last fight.

Lesser invisibility potion. You don't have to use a potion to get into the mines. I like to use one just to keep the runs consistent:

When more hunters start exploring better ways to farm DM east I think it will be possible to complete one run in 12 minutes = five an hour.
My personal best so far, while pushing damage and playing riskier, is 15 minutes start to exit.
