This is Your Brain on Spiritual Abuse

This satire video is to bring awareness to people who have experienced spiritual abuse. I did not write this script, I did not film it and I did not edit it. All I did was show up and play a part. All of this was put together by Naomi Wright, a former cult member. Naomi is the daughter of a pseudo-Christian cult leader. She was raised, yet hidden, within mainstream culture and public school education, where no one knew—or the few with a sense of something, stayed silent. She did not know this was the case until she was 28, from which point she has sought after truth with a questioning mind, adamant to never find herself so lost again. This was filmed by Justin Jackola, a very talented film director.
