Advantage of plyometric exercise

Recent research has shown that plyometric workouts can build muscle, burn fat, and improve athletic performance, speed, power and strength in a short interval of time.
Plyometrics are great for anyone involved in team sports or individual looking to gain form and getting in good shape.
