In this video we are going to show you how to make a custom growth chart in wall sticker form!
The first step is to create your artwork! This is custom art from The Mannamong comic series. But you can also get graphics created from ColDesiGraphics.com
Next you are going to prepare the Roland VersaStudio BN-20. You want to load the media in the back of the machine first. For a wall sticker like this we used WallFlair. It is a removable material that won't leave any messy residue on the wall.

Then you want to load your artwork into the VersaStudio Software and send it over to the machine!
The Roland BN-20 is a print and cut system. So it's going to print all 20 inches wide by 6 feet long growth chart. Then, it's going to cut around it.

Once it's done printing you are going to want to let the ink dry for a little bit. For this large graphic. We let it rest for about 20 minutes, before applying it to the wall.
When applying the growth chart to the wall you want to put this on finished, dry surfaces.
Now, I know what you're thinking. How much does something like this cost to produce?
We did the math and the ink cost on this massive print is only $1.90 and for bout 7 feet of WallFlair material it costs $5.88. This means the cost to produce this growth chart is only $7.78.
If you look online, custom growth charts like this retail for about $40 on the low end! Once you start adding names or custom characters the price increases.
So as you can see growth chart wall stickers like this are just one of the many ways that the Roland BN-20 can make you a ton of money.
