Q&A Session on Simplified Procurement Regulations for Public Bodies - Afternoon Session

The Office of Procurement Regulation ("the OPR") hosted an online question-and-answer session for Public Bodies on May 9, 2024 from 1PM to 3PM, to address pertinent issues related to the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property (Simplified Procurement) Regulations, 2024 (“the Regulations”)

The Regulations which were effected by Legal Notice 65 of 2024 on April 5, 2024 treat with the procurement of goods, works and services up to One Million Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TT$1M).
