This is a new Series primarily for Azure Dashboards, Agile Management, Minimum set of Agile metrics that can be used by an Agile team using AzureDevOps as a tool.
Video covers - Create a new Dashboard for an Agile Team, Adding Sprint Overview Widget, Add DoD definition using Markdown in Dashboard, Add Story Points Scale as reference for team in Dashboard using Markdown, Create Shared Queries and Show their results in Dashboard using Query Tile. Also Create a Shared Query for Product Backlog Work items and Use Query Charts to send it to Dashboard. Basically we will add below in a newly created Dashboard:
1. Sprint Overview
2. Display Definition of Done for team in Azure Dashboard
3. Display Story Points Scale for team in Azure Dashboard
4. Query Tile (Conditional and Colour Change) for Stories with No Points
5. Query Tile (Conditional and Colour Change) for Stories with No Acceptance Criteria
6. Query Tile (Conditional and Colour Change) for Stories with No Description
7. Query Tile (Conditional and Colour Change) for Stories with No Parents
8. Shared Query on Product Backlog Work items Count based Chart to Dashboard
Video also includes how we can use Condition in Query Tile to represent different Colours based on Query Results.
