If you have apples at home 🍎🍏then make this super tasty and easy to make apple cake!
an ideal recipe for breakfast or afternoon tea.
When I have apples and I want to eat a good comforting and gourmet cake then I prepare this very easy recipe, it is simple and tasty I never tire of preparing this cake!
In the video I used 3 apples which were very small but in reality 2 apples are enough for this recipe, cut the apples into slices you can either keep the skin or remove it.
In a large bowl mix the eggs with the sugars, yogurt, oil and lemon mix well.
add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt mix until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
pour the cake batter into a cake mold, butter and flour, add the apple slices sprinkle with sugar and butter to caramelize everything and bake for 45 minutes at 170 ° C it's ready !!!
