BleachBit Tutorial - Free Up Space and Securely Delete Your Files

If you ever need to free up space or securely delete your files then BleachBit is a great program to use.   BleachBit is an open-source software program available on Windows, Linux, and MacOS X that is designed to clean and optimize your computer  by securely deleting unnecessary files and freeing up disk space.  It will eliminate temporary files, cache data, cookies and other remnants left behind by applications.  BleachBit supports the shredding of sensitive files to prevent their recovery, important if you need to securely remove files.

I will be installing and running BleachBit on Windows.
