In this video we tour the Brand new 2022 Destiny Homes Spring Hill model. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 1393 square foot 26 x 52 double wide manufactured home is currently for sale in the Clover Leaf Farms Mobile Home Community in Brooksville, Florida. This is a really nice home that is located in the newest phase of this great community.

The Spring Hill model is really cute. I really like the style. I would describe it as farmhouse meets the beach. I love the ceiling beams and the shiplap, it really gives it that coastal farmhouse feel. This house has it all including a large front porch, a fireplace , a carport and a shed. It also has a bunch of windows which combined with light cabinets and white walls makes for a bright and cozy home.
