Die neue Fertigungsstraße Draht „FSD092“ begeistert durch höchste Produktivität in Kombination mit bester Bedienfreundlichkeit bei gewohnt hoher IDEAL-qualität.
Die automatisierte Fertigungsstraße verfügt über ein zweikreisig aufgebautes Schweißportal mit Mittelfrequenztechnologie, einem automatischen Schnellrüstkonzept und der automatischen Zuführung der Längs- und Querdrähte. Ergänzend dazu können geschweißte Gitter in der Nibbler-Station mit Mehrfachschnitt und einer Stanze für Drahtausschnitte nachbearbeitet werden.

The new "FSD092" manufacturing line for cable tray impresses with maximum productivity in combination with best user-friendliness at the well-known high "IDEAL quality".
The automated manufacturing line features a dual-circuit welding portal with medium-frequency technology, an automatic quick set-up concept and automatic feeding of longitudinal and cross wires. In addition, welded meshes can be processed in the cropping station with multiple cuts and a punch for wire cut-outs.
