All you need is 20 minutes to get in a solid and sweaty workout. For this 20 minute low impact hiit workout you won't need any equipment and there is no jumping or repeats 🙌🏼 If you want to modify this workout you can add jumping and/or equipment to most of the exercises, so choose your own adventure with this at home workout.
