Learn how to sign the words "remember" and "forget/forgot" using American Sign Language. I also show you the signs for "memorize", "remind", "remind me" and a variation of "forget" (I don't remember anything).

The signs pertaining to "remember" and "forget/forgot" are all signed near the forehead. This includes the sign for "memorize". The sign for "remind" uses an agent marker in which the index finger of the non-dominant hand is used to represent a person. By signing it this way you are expressing the notion of "I will remind you".

As with many signs, if you change the speed of the sign and alter your facial expression, you can give the sign a slightly different meaning. I show you an example of this with the signs for "remind" and "remind me".
