How To Set Declination Silva Compass

Exact and clear instructions on a Silva Expedition Compass, it has Semi-permanent adjustment, the video shows how to set compass declination for magnetic declination to match with Map North. I saw no clear directions already on youtube so hopefully this helps a few people. Get declination from your map key.
