Today, I made a soft yellow castella.
It is baked in a wooden frame rather than a regular oven pan, so it has a more moist and soft texture.
If you carefully make the whipping and mixing process, you can complete a delicious castella.

🔸 storage
When it cools, it is sealed with a wrap, aged for 1-2 days, and served to make it more moist.
After aging, wrap them individually so that the surface does not dry out, and leave them for 3-4 days at room temperature.
If stored in the refrigerator for a long time, it may become harden, so keep it in the freezer for a long time.
(Can be stored for about 2 weeks)

2t vanilla extract
110 g cake flour
