ASÍ NACE LA TECNOLOGÍA.
Este el primero de una serie de vídeos que iremos subiendo para explicar desde el origen de INNengine hasta el punto en el que nos encontramos ahora con el motor M500_4C_2R de 500 cm3.
Este es el primer prototipo que realizamos, se diseñó y calculó a finales de 2.010 y durante 2.011. Su fabricación y construcción se llevó a cabo desde septiembre de 2.011 hasta septiembre de 2.012 y se arrancó a finales de 2.012. Este primer motor, el M40_2C_2R de 40 cm3 y bicilíndrico fue puesto en marcha y sometido a numerosas pruebas de durabilidad, resultando todo un éxito. Fue un motor refrigerado por aire y alimentado con un pequeño compresor centrífugo eléctrico. Dicho motor, se quedó obsoleto incluso antes de terminar de construirlo ya que el diseño, calculo y desarrollo de una tecnología incipiente siempre va muy por delante de la fabricación y el ensayo. Gracias a él aprendimos muchísimo para la realización del motor INNengine M350_2C_2R, de 350 cm3 y bicilíndrico, el cual, se empezó a diseñar y calcular incluso antes de terminar de fabricar el prototipo M40_2C_2R. En el motor M40_2C_2R se comprobó el concepto del actual motor M500_4C_2R de 500 cm3 y tetracilíndrico, siendo el “abuelo” de la tecnología en uso.
En el siguiente vídeo os mostraremos el M350_2C_2R motor de 350 cm3 y bicilíndrico en funcionamiento en el banco de pruebas.
Poco a poco iremos destinando más recursos al mantenimiento y potenciación del canal. Como siempre, muchísimas gracias por vuestros comentarios y apoyo.
This is the first of a series of videos that we will release to ilustrate the origins of INNengine until now, with the M500_4C_2R de 500cc.
This is the first prototype we made, back in 2010-2012. This is the first version, the M40_2C_2R a 40cc bicylindrical which succesfully performed several endurance tests. It was an air cooled engine fed by a small electric centrifugal compressor. This engine was obsolete even before manufacturing was done since the design and calculation of such an incipient technology is always way ahead of manufacturing and testing. We learnt many lessons that would be aplied to the development of the following prototype, the M350_2C_2R, still bicylindrical but with 350cc. With this 40cc first prototype we proved several systems of the current M500_4C_2R a 500cc versión distributed in four cylinders making it the “grandfather” of the current prototype.
On the next video we will show the 350cc bicylindrical variant being in the test bench.We will dedícate progresively more resources to the channel. Once again, thanks for the support.
